15th November 2024 - Willmott Dixon Construction Site Visit
Willmott Dixon kindly hosted a group of Year 11 students at a local live construction site.
Students visited the High Street, where a set of existing shops and premises are being transformed for new use. This is part of the ongoing regeneration of Sutton Town Centre.
Students were accompanied around the site by the site manager and observed various trades in action during the process.
The project was explained in detail, and Willmott Dixon's recruitment processes were discussed. Students got to experience how a working construction site looks and feels and were provided with information and options to consider when making further educational choices.
