7th March 2023 - Hospitality and Catering Apprenticeship Event - Merton College Merton College specialise in Hospitality and Catering courses and have an incredible range of opportunities available. They will have a range of employers exhibiting as well as giving presentations about essentials skills required to work in the industry and the opportunities available and presentations on sustainability within Hospitality. Current learners will be doing demonstrations throughout the day showing off the skills they have gained throughout their course. The college will be discussing Apprenticeship programmes available for school leavers and also our 6 week taster courses offering bitesize skills workshops for butchering, knife skills, front of house etc.

15th March 2023 - Opendoors Construction Event The Opendoors Construction Event brings students together with employers to a ‘live’ construction site and the contents of the site tour will depend on what stage the project has reached. Students will also have the opportunity to discuss various construction career pathways.

We have a wide range of courses that will set you on the right path to your chosen career. Come in and talk to our staff who will guide you in finding the right course.

22nd March 2023 - Careers in Business Virtual Exhibition sponsored by Sage We’re bringing pupils aged 13 to 18 along with their parents, guardians and teachers together with employers and careers experts from across the UK to share knowledge on all areas of business. Exhibitors include Sage, UCAS, Burberry, Azets, Your Game Plan, the NHS, the Ministry of Defense and many more. Throughout the day we will be hosting multiple live and interactive sessions covering topics such as: understanding the roles available within the business including finance, marketing, HR and much more the skills required to get started in different business areas and how to acquire them employability sessions such as time management, leadership and application and interview workshops informative sessions on training pathways including T Levels, apprenticeships and university Attendees will have the opportunity to explore our partner organizations via their virtual expo booths as well as network with employers via video and chat functions on the event platform to find out more about their sectors and any early career opportunities available.
