Gatsby Benchmarks; the next 10 years…..

The Gatsby Benchmarks, the framework for good career guidance in schools and colleges, have been updated. This update follows extensive research, information gathering and consultation with young people and educators to ensure that career guidance remains relevant and effective in our rapidly changing world of work. While the original eight benchmarks remain, feedback indicated the need for some refinement and clarification. With an emphasis on personalised guidance and experiences, these changes are designed to lead to better outcomes for young people and help them gain the skills and knowledge necessary for future success.
