We are a small provision with big dreams and big aspirations.

Limes Primary is a KS1 and KS2 Alternative Provision, which fully embeds the core values of belong, relationships, move on and achieve.

We provide the best possible environment for our students to learn and develop. Our school is underpinned by an inclusive philosophy aiming to support and build partnerships with parents, carers and students. We strive to bring out the best in our students, ensuring they maximise their potential and are prepared as fully as possible for a return to mainstream or specialist provision.

We believe that secure, nurturing relationships and consistency are vital in enhancing children’s social, emotional, cognitive and mental health development.  We encourage respect, tolerance and empathy for each other’s cultures, religions and points of view and we treat each other with courtesy and consideration.

Our aim is to nurture and support every child to develop academic, social, emotional, spiritual and physical aspects of learning to meet the needs of our students so that their time with us is happy and successful. Our curriculum is taught through topic based learning inspiring curiosity, a sense of wonder, resilience and a love of school and learning.  Using our outdoor space and community links alongside our broad curriculum, we aim to develop confident, motivated and responsible children who will go on to make a positive contribution to society.
