Parent Emergency Contact
Weekdays 9 - 5 pm
It is important for you to be aware that if there are any concerns during normal office hours you can contact you child's GP for an appointment. There is always an emergency doctor available. They can also make referrals to relevant services outside the school who can offer the right support. In an emergency, please do not waste time calling the school. In these circumstances (i.e. imminent danger to life) please call the emergency services.
Out of hours (night and weekends)
For out of hours the plan would be that you, the guardian/parent(s), access A & E from 5pm onwards on week days and anytime on weekends. There is a duty Psychiatry Team on call 24 hours a day.If a crisis occurs during the weekend or at night and you are unable to get your child to A & E then in an absolute emergency you should ring the police or ambulance service if no other option is available. You are aware that you can also ring St Helier A & E switchboard on 0208296 2000 and ask to speak to the St Helier Children's A & E on 0208296 3550/3626.
