An opportunity for students to be ‘hands on’ with a variety of tasks to identify their skills and abilities.

Visit to STEM Workshops – Brixton Army Reserve

Series of ‘hands on’ workshops provided by the Army consisting of the Medical Services, Military Police, Engineers, Catering, IT and Communications with a focus on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths).

Opportunity for students to meet and talk with career professionals, experience a salon environment and collect information about further education courses.

Dallaglio Foundation: Employability skills and barriers to progression

Department for Work and Pensions; Money Matters: understanding bank accounts, payslips and budgeting

‘Job in a Jar’, Staff Work History, Information ‘Widget’: Discussions and activities relating to stereotypes, labour market information and job charades.

Professional Volunteers: Conduct mock interviews with students
