Outreach Services
What we do
All students receive support from their allocated Outreach Mentor, which includes:
- Daily 1:1 check-ins
- 1:1 sessions, providing mentoring and targeted work
- Regular communication with parents & carers
- TAC (Team Around the Child) meetings as required
- Regular communication with external professionals and attendance to meetings
- Advocate for young people at meetings
