Holly Hobbs is a former Microsoft Degree Apprentice, who after facing 30 rejections, finally secured a role. 

She documented her apprenticeship journey on TikTok, resonating with countless school/college leavers facing similar struggles due to the lack of apprenticeship guidance. 

From this experience, she founded Apprentivia. 

Holly gave an informative and engaging assembly regarding apprenticeships. She provided useful advice regarding applications and preparing yourself for the world of work. She provided a personal service to our students who found her insightful and knowledgeable. Students enjoyed the session and we hope to work with Holly in the future to develop more opportunities for our students.
