25th February 2025 - 6.30pm-7.30pm - Accountancy Apprenticeships with NAO The NAO is the UK’s independent public spending watchdog which means they scrutinise public spending for Parliament and hold government to account for the way in which public money is spent. They directly shape how public money is spent—impacting healthcare, education, and more. 💼 Fully funded ACA qualification? Check. Competitive salary? Double-check. Meet Tilly. They will be discussing what A-Levels they took, if work experience matters, why they decided on the University route instead of the Apprenticeship route, and why they chose an NAO apprenticeship. Are you feeling nervous about the application process? This section will all about breaking down each stage of the application process, what grades you need and how to stand out. Hearing tips about how to stand out in an application by a current apprentice? You can’t miss this! Jayden will be talking you through what the structure of an accountancy apprenticeship looks like with the NAO. Do you have questions about how to manage your work and study time? Are you worried about what your social-life may look like as an apprentice? Jayden is here to help! He’s also recently won a NAO Award for Excellence! 🏆 Say hello to these NAO apprentices and ask any questions you may have. Zoe Galang, a member of the early careers recruitment team will also be there to answer your questions! We look forward to seeing you there!
