At The Limes College, the safety and wellbeing of all our students are our highest priorities. We believe that children and young people learn best when they feel safe, valued and supported in every aspect of their lives. Our aim is to create an environment where students can thrive emotionally, socially and academically, knowing that they are respected and protected.

We are fully committed to meeting and exceeding our statutory safeguarding duties in line with Keeping Children Safe In Education (KCSIE). All staff receive regular safeguarding training and follow clear policies and procedures designed to ensure that every child and young person is safe and well cared for.

Our Safeguarding Team

We have a dedicated team of trained safeguarding specialists, who oversee all aspects of safeguarding and child protection within the school. They ensure that our practices are effective, consistent and responsive to the needs of our students and their families. They have strong links with the Local Safeguarding Children Partnership in Sutton and other support services.
